Highly unlike to have any relay buzz then. Just keep your 150n until you test.

Should I use the 100uf near the bc517 (I do have a few spares).

The 100 microfarad between the 2 BC transistors and the 47K resistor is absolutely essential for the time delay to work. Quality=irrelevant.

I sure hope so, I forget where I bought it. Maybe partsconnexion.

I know the 100uf is missing there. I thought the 150nf was supposed to go beside the dc517.

I'll put the 100uf in there then.

Default Where have all the Jfet;s gone long time passing

Mouser does not seem to have any 2SK170... at leastnot for 8 weeks!!!

Anybody out there have some Jfet's they wanna let go of???
Or a link will do just fine
