I would like to make sure that the output levels on my amps are as close as possable. How would I go about measuring this in the most simple way ? ( I dont have a scope ) I want to then calibrate them. How do most people do this?

I doubt there will be enough difference to worry about but...
If you applied an idenical signal to both chanels any difference in gain would show up berween the output of channel 1 and the output of chanel 2. Here you could even use a speaker connected between the output of channel 1 and the output of channel 2 as a VERRY sensitive indicator any difference in gain between channels. |

Just use a test CD and a voltmeter. Use the same preamp output for both amp channels.
