PCB manufacturer for group purchases

Hi everyone,

I've located an excellent PCB supply house and wanted to take a moment to recommend them to the forum. Their prices for group purchases are excellent--I've never seen prices this low. The PCBs include plated through holes; photo-mask; silk-screen; shipping.

Here are the prices he quoted:

Hereby I quote 500, 1000, 1500and 2000 PCBs, 2 layers
and 1 Layer board with standard size 100mm X 150mm as below.
Price may be adjusted if PCB size is different.

1). 500 PCS
a). 1 Layer board, unit price: USD$2.5/PCS (door to door).
b). 2 Layer board, unit price: USD$2.8/PCS (door to door).

2). 1000 PCS
a). 1 Layer board, unit price: USD$1.8/PCS (door to door).
b). 2 Layer board, unit price: USD2.2/PCS (door to door).

3). 1500 PCS
a). 1 Layer board, unit price: USD$1.7/PCS (door to door).
b). 2 Layer board, unit price: USD$1.9/PCS (door to door).

4). 2000/2000+ PCS
a). 1 Layer board, unit price: USD$1.65/PCS (door to door).
b). 2 Layer board, unit price: USD$1.86/PCS (door to door).


These above prices including everything.

Hi,
the 1500 price will suit the Cetoole group buy.
Most other GBs never get to 500boards
What about fewer off?

Can they accommodate multi layouts on one board?
Can they Vgroove or route?


You're right, for 24sqin, those prices are worth sending to Europe and Australia.

They can do smaller batches, but the prices aren't quite as good. I'll get the data. As far as the other options go, ask Dickson. He would know better than I.

I will still use Fedex to ship board for safety guarantee purpose, Yesterday I checked with Fedex in HongKong they can offer us some discount because we always choose Fedex, hereby I can quote small lots less than 500 PCS as below.

Total charge: USD$180 (door to door).

USD$5.0 addtion per PCS ranged from 5 PCS to 50 PCS based on 180USD(5PCS). For example,
1). 10 PCS
Total charge will be: USD$180+(10-5) X 5$=USD$205
2). 20 PCS
Total charge will be USD$180+(20-5) X 5$=USD$255
3). 50 PCS
Total charge will be USD$180+(50-5)X 5$=USD$405

USD$4.5 addition per PCS ranged from 51 PCS to 100 PCS based 180USD(5 PCS). For example,

Total charge will be USD$180 + (100-5) X 4.5$=USD$607.5

USD$4 addition per PCS ranged from 101 PCS to 300 PCS based 180USD(5 PCS). For example,

These small quantity prices include all the trimmings, I believe. For a comparison, 2 pcbs manufactured twenty minutes down the street with no frills at all (photomask; silk-screen; shipping) cost me $150.00.

Another outfit I occasionally use can make me pcbs, but I have to use their software, and the pcb is small--almost exactly half the size that Dickson offers--and with no frills cost me $70.00 for 3.

No matter how I slice it, Dickson has the best price and excellent quality! I'll be sticking with his company.

Being a DIYer, I needed a bit of hand holding. Dickson worked with me on my Gerber files, and was willing to transpose DXF files in case my Gerber files didn't work out as planned.

You should see the report they generated. It must be 10 pages long. All this for 30 PCBs. They even cut a slice of pcb material through the plated holes, embedded it in clear plastic and added it to the report! I've never seen such a desire to satisfy a customer.

100 sqcm Single side PCB each at $ 6 double side at $7 Each.

16 x 10 cm 4 Layer Board (Minimum 10 Nos) - $500 (for 10 nos )

Shipping charges $27 onwards

I prefer gerber file, or mail me eagle files, or schematic in pdf, I also to redesign, custom design, custom circuits ( single and double layer only) depending on requirement.
Currently take design work only for single and double side.

need Gerber if its more then 2 layer PCB.

Prices will depend on quantity, size,layers: ask for quote.

These guys are another good option for small qty. personal projects. With them, 6 x 25 sq. inch, double sided, photo mask, through hole plated boards would cost $99. delivered
