Default New XP-15 Phono Pre

Ran into this today over at avguide.

I wonder if there will be a TT offered to plug it into?

From the figures it looks like topology was the same as in the XOno (gain, passive equalization), maybe the main change is other parts in the 2nd gain stage as 2SK389 are obsolete for a long time now. The topology is anyway a real performer - and very elegant.

Very nice enclosure by the way.

Have fun, Hannes

My free interpretation of

Quote:
very accurate RIAA equalization curve of more than one-tenth of a decibel over 10 octaves that does not vary with a change of gain

Have fun, Hannes

Could you comment on whether or not this uses some sort of specially shielded transformer?

believe it or not, I'd be happy with a simple answer (ok, also model number) to my question
