I'm not shure if this info is what you are looking for but the rule of thumb for heatsink temperature is not to exceed 50'C. -> You should be able to touch the heatsinks without hurting your hands. The aleph 3 puts out some 200W of heat. This meas your heatsinks should have a total rating of about 0,125 'C/W. Hope this helps.

2.200 uF Nichicon URZA in parallel with 150.000, in high and sharp means, transparency. Not small condensers of 0,1uF...
