Hm, I have an off topic question:
What could be the dye temperature of my FETs, in my four-channel F4 amplifier?
And how long lasting my semiconductors?
Some technical data:
The four channel amp draw 5A/230V, according to my Schuntermann.

At actual setting I measure ~0.6V at 0.47 ohm source resistors. So it is ~1.28A/device, at 30.5V source/drain voltage.
(I use two 1KVA toroid, which I gathered from my friend Sajti. They have 2x25V secondary voltages, among others.)

So they dissipate ~40W/device.
It is total 4x6x40 watt, it is 960W, it is might correlate to Schuntermann measure, see above.
The heatsink temperature ~70 C, at 20 C room temperature.
That's right, this yet my fakir fingers I do not tap it with pleasure.
What there may be the dye temperatures?
I use mica and goop, of course.
Till when may the FETs endure this?

well - without going in too much of calculus in saturday evening , let's say that mosfet dyes are having at least 25C more than is wise to have .

why not using something as Papa's Koan Babysitter , or fan on each heatsink ?

Lazy Susan style - 12V Noctua , as recently discovered by Dutchiewhale , are old and well known story .
