Well - for ZM this restriction is not really very limiting....
Wiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiide open - the rest of Sea Ranch - surrounding community, nearest city, much of Northern California - loooooooooooot's of places to have funny business.
Now - IF ZM get's anywhere near the shop up in Forrest Hill - well - all bets are off.
