somewhat "closed" , at least comparing to possible TL or OB ; I tried them few times in last several years in bafle-less fashion , and they were just magic
they're deserving much better boxes

if you are eating ton of vegetables regularly , rest things very light , with occasional BBQ once in a month or even two , you'll die only from death , not from cholesterol
