No need to feel shame. You got to try proper stuf like we got over te pond :D

.............like, near me!!!:p:p:p

BNJ - and other - distilleries - within 1 hour from my house.....PLUS... a good friend is de absolute top man at one of them....its good when he visits!!;););)

But a bottle lasts me the best part of the year these days. [:mad:] I love it, but it does me no lasting good. He, my friend, produces one of the best known malts; I hide that when a few house guests come to stay - otherwise it (2 to 3 bottles) just disappears in a day....VERY NOT:cool:

:wchair: = GOUT = Dont drink too much.:(:eek:

Eh! Where is the most illustrious landlord type dodo?

Hope he has not tried to get to Scotland before the end of Hogmanay!;) ITS OVER - nearly a year to a reprise! [Its also wet, windy and raw here just now, so the fireworks would be very damp...everything else is - including the whisky.]

@Red Volvo.....
I.5 Hours to Edinburgh:eek::eek::eek:...What type of 'plane you got?:D:D:D

The few real malt whisky experts I know all say that adding only a small % of water helps to bring out the full flavour of the malt.:)

And to avoid serious pain only sparingly use spring water if you must.

Use of ice would provoke the locals and one must learn to fly then

About coke in a bottle what the Fluff is that ????

Ice? Coke inna bottle?

Nooooooooooooooooo!!!!! :eek::eek::eek:

Ahhhhhhhhhh - a nice single malt - make mine a double. That will do me for the month. My med's won't allow that stuff tho and that simple pleasure has been long absent from my life..... Now days a decent coffee iz about it. Perhaps a coco....:rolleyes:
