The 421 is a MI driver. Cheap too.

Doesn't go very low but is rather rugged and puts up with EQ to a point.

I have them in these. They need a helper woofer.

416 is hard to get hands on in terms of old version and GM seems to have a thing against current versions. Dont know why, just makes me wonder. Ill go ahead with 2226. THere is a mod that can be done, using trimmed 2242 copper voice coil and 2235 recone, that lowers Le to >1 and makes it dig a little deeper.

No not realy one more skizzo post sorry please carry on.

What about bunch of straws one can do different lenght tube easy peasy tune.
More range than variovent and for BOFFO sake thos do not look fugly at all.
