San Francisco is cooler than the surrounding areas, for the same reason, the good sense to have a huge body of water nearby..

Yup, in your case, you head inland in the winter and you get warmer? Here we head inland in you get to Canada. You know, igloos and stuff.

Excellent poem! But perhaps you can turn it into a haiku:

the beer was ran out
my cat left me too it seems
he hates King Crimson

Ok, not perfect..

LOTS warmer. Igloos and/or sweltering heat - not acceptable!

This Bukowski may have been a superb chap according to my mood.
I did not knew him till now.
Thank you.
I do not have a book from him. This is a shame.
I like this quotation for example:

“Some people never go crazy. What truly horrible lives they must lead.”
― Charles Bukowski

I am glad if i my young attempt has some success.

I tell a story about my latest craziness then possibly.

Charles Bukowski Quotes (Author of Post Office)
I thought it as I browse these quotations, he may have been a really superb figure.
Is his place beside Chögyam Trungpa Rinpoche.
