You Dirty Rat..... It was -24°F this morning when I stepped out the door. At least I used the cold to turn 5 gallons of hard cider that I didn't like to much into 1 gallon of high test. Rough calculations of initial gravity and liquid remaining tell me I just made a gallon of 100 proof CiderJack.
