Default aleph p1.0 - balanced in to unbalanced out

When taking the balanced in, and going to unbalanced out in the 1.0, is the out- left out? If so, would there be any benefits to summing the out+ and out- into a simple IC for the rca output? When doing the simpler out+ to rca and leaving out the out-, do you get any of the CMRR benefits from the balanced in? Assume my source is truly balanced out (meridian 508.24).
