Default My beloved Aleph 4...

... has expired after ten years of faithful hassle-free service.

I was really upset when one of the channels 'expired', putting out a contant 45V DC into the speaker... but not as upset as my brother, to whose system the Aleph 4 was connected at the time. Not surprisingly, his woofer is completely fried.

In any event, I don't really have the time to open up my '101 Electronics' books right now. Is there anyone (preferably in the London/Midlands area, or the UK at least), who has knowledge of Aleph amps, and would like to take a look at it for me? Of course, I would pay you handsomely if you could get my favourite amp back up and running.

Thanks,

Mani.

Hello Mani!

This is bad news really. Sad to hear this.
I would help with pleasure, I am a little bit far only from you.
Although I was not yet in London.

Gyuri

Are you kidding, for anything worthwhile in Lime city you have to reserve tickets first, then you'll set the date you hop over.

Hi, Mani!
When let me start to London? But what there will be if I cannot fix it?
Although I suspect it, then this is the end of my pouch.
Anyway, I would be going with pleasure really if I could do it.

Gyuri

Well, Mani may have to wait a bit to have his amp fixed

What actually surprises me a bit, is that we hardly have anyone from england building Pass style amps????
