F5 Parts List

I have tried to put together a list of parts that I will need to get to start building this amp.
I have come unstuck with a couple of them. Sorry for asking this question, I'm not completely up with the play.
I have built a couple of GainClones, but would really like to get stuck into one of these.
I am having problems with Amplifier:
Q1 & Q2 (can't find these parts, please remember I'm in N.Z)
And also TH1 & TH2 (Don't know what to select)

Power Supply:
TH & TH1 (Again, Selection)

P.S couldn't put the list here as it's in Excel. Would like someone to check the parts I've selected. I could email it if anyone is interested in helping out.

Gimme a break, mate.
You can order a 2SK170 from Oz for as low as an AUS quarter.
