Fore Model 2 preamp w/ phono

Is this a Pass design? Just checking before I ask some questions. Anyone know what year it was produced?

I can answer your second one. 1988 .

Nice little preamp. I used one for a couple of years.

Can someone recommend what I should replace these caps with?

470uF 16v
1000uF 35v
2200uF 35v
