what what then ?

output Jfets are overbiased and will go puff , either with current and with voltage

ah, ok, I would use +/-20V

would that help ?

a few missing resistors maybe ?

yup

considering that cable capacity influence will not harm your thick wires frequencies

but , there are better things , made exactly for bass guitars
