Question Chassis for low power class A amplifier

I recently bough this little amp on ebay. I was wondering if the heatsinks are big enough for a small (10-15W) class A clone?

Thanks

Hard to see, but comparing the size of the heatsinks to the size of the RCA connectors, I think more than 25 Watts of heat dissipation per side would make this amp run too hot. I might be wrong, of course

Are there plastic parts near the heatsinks?

25 Watts of heat per side would mean not more than 10 Watts pure class A per channel.

looking at them, you will probably be able to dissapate up to 35Watts of heat maximum
