Well it has not become political or ethical... yet. I am still trying to gauge if there is more than 50% of republican or democrat on this forum before I go stick my foot in my mouth.
Of course if I stuck my foot in my mouth the Dems would say "poor guy, feed him" and the Reps would say "obviously he has food."
Now that might have gotten political, but I took care to equally offend both sides

Central to "Boston Legal" is the friendship between two attorneys who
are politically polar opposites.

It is my second favorite set of DVD's of television shows.

Republican or Democrat means almost the same anyway. Demos=people of a city, kratos=city state power. Means the state is people ruled. Republican has Latin route meaning public affair. Implying that the state is a public affair. Around the world some countries are called Republic of this or Democracy of that. Aspiring to the same reference.

Look closely at old Grèce history ... (what demos actually means ...) Only history of course...
Really no want to start a controversy here.
That is not our Matter.

Yes of course!
I was just refering of the Ur-meaning of democracy in ancien Crece.
It has nothing to do with our actual sense of "people" , as there were only a fraction of society allowed to "vote".

But it is is nothing that may matter here.

I dont think anyone is going to start any controversy. Not in a Papa thread. Your conversation while OT is not offensive to anyone, I dont think.
