I'm not sure what you mean about a "red" resistor, but the brown Vishay/Dale resistors are available at either www.mouser.com or www.alliedelec.com. The Dale resistors are available in RN55 and RN60. I use the RN60s, myself, but the RN55s will be fine in any low dissipation spot in the circuit.
