R9 and R10 have a tremendous impact on the circuit's gain. Without them, gain drops down to unity as my circuit is drawn.

I attempted to measure the noise of this circuit's output. I turned the input pot down to zero. If I did this correctly, the circuit's dBV appears to be very quiet!
