Default Help - Transformer for Aleph 3

Hi there
I am looking for a transformer for the Aleph 3 amp. The circuit is located at Aleph 3 power supply

One of the vendors posted here Avel has various toroidal transformers listed on this website. Can I use any of these ? I am wondering if P/N Y236850
is sufficient? I cant seem to corelate the circuit specs to the transformer specs on the website.

If anyone has another vendor from whom they have ordered a similar transformer could they please post the vendors information here along with the specs used to order ? Also what was the approx price?

thanks in advance
vsr

Sorry, Y236850, will not do; it has 2*25VAC secondaries, which will give you about +/-30VDC...

The specified 2*21VAC transformer is a custom job.
Standard voltages are 2*18VAC and 2*24VAC.

I where you, I would go for the original schematic by NP. The you can use for example a Y236651 per channel. Without inductors, it will give you about 23,5VDC.. (this is what I did). Then you can use 25V caps etc.

Hope this helps,

Try amps and then legacy products.
