Hello,
I want to know which type of 2sk170 the JFET Q15 in the Ono MC stage is. GR or BL ? Thanks for your help Ralph |

A fellow over in Solid State made a pretty plausible argument that they're GR.
Grey EDIT: Silly me...I just realized that you were talking about the headamp output device, not the inputs. You can use a GR or BL there. Given that you've got a blocking cap, there's no DC balance to be maintained. Being a fan of higher current, I'd go with the BL if you have access to both. |
