Default F5 parts from Digikey.

Miguel,
Here is a list of parts I have saved for F5 order from digi-key.
Not sure if this Thermisitor will work well, but here is the part #.
Other comments welcome.. Had trouble finding the Dale/Vishay 2.2k. Most of the other small resistor are dale 1/2 watt, cheaper than 1/4 watt. Easier to hold and see.

Mouser's where I got the Fairchild parts I used in the GR-25. In general, if Digikey and Mouser both carry the same part, Mouser will be cheaper. Exceptions are rare. Mouser's service is every bit as good as Digikey. They're good people to deal with.

Ordering online from Mouser on any size order is sent without additional cost .DigiKey charges $5 PLUS shipping for orders under $25. Bought the Fairchild mosfets for under $2 apiece . They shipped priority mail which reached AZ in three days. Shipping charge was $6.
See you later DigiKey!!!

If you are ordering the fets from Mouser you also might check
out the aluminum oxide insulators much lower thermal resistance.
It is funny that they are listed in the heatsinks section.

I have them on my webstore, but I am going to have to start limiting quantities.

NP says that the 20,000gm for the devices is necessary.

Typical figure for these is about 8 ma per volt = 8 mS
The 2SK370 is about five times that, so that math doesn't quite
come out right. If you parallel the devices, the DC current through
them causes you to need a lower Drain resistance so as to set up
the right DC value to bias the outputs, and that lowers the effective
gain further.

They will work, just not as well.

I think a modification of the design would be required to use these
parts effectively.
