The FQA36P15 and FQA28N15 might seem like overkill @ 294W and 277W respectively but they are pretty cheap at Mouser (1.71 and 1.09 each).
They are also TO3-P so should be better at dissipating heat than the TO-220 package.

Signal tracks can be 30-40 mils, power ones must 100 mlis mimimum. Pads are too tiny, particularly if you are going to etch your pcbs at home IMO.
