General question, where can we get 2sk370 and 2sj108?
I found mine on ebay shipping from China with Guaranteed +/-3% Idss. Not cheap buy cheaper than the techdiy guy. I think it was 14.99 plus shipping of about $5 for 8 of them, 4 of each.

Uriah

ps I checked both variations on Mouser, Digikey, Avnet, Arrow, and Newark. Nothing. I bet a lot of people bought from Digikey and it seems that people tend to buy dozens to hundreds of them. I bet if you wait a while they will be back in stock. But then again you could be at home with a fully assembled amp with Original NP PassDIY boards and be missing 2 parts

Choky, I mean Zen Mod, I mean.....

What I meant was I don't know if the van full of gifts will be coming to burning amp this year. I knew that the event would be on, and 2 days now.

Maybe everyone will be done soldering early this year.

Nah,

Chris

There's only 1 route : parallel and bridged, 250W of dissipation for 100 watts of pure Class A in 8 ohm, with enough output current to swing your big mammas.
I'd love to hear the F5 compare neck-to-neck with KSA100mkII clone at the burning amp.

(for BA i'd have to drag 2 F5's, 2 ExtremeA's, AND ZMuck along)

Babo You,

just think, you could just as well have been guiding the construction of Abramovich's new +500ft and +$300M supertoy yacht Eclipse at the Blohm&V. yard in Hamburg.
A former class mate is part of the drawing team there, my sheep-design professor was the No1 honcho at B&V for quite some time.
(on second thought, a wild one such as You would likely be cuffed and arrested at the Hamburg Reeperbahn every night)

Power supply boards and the whole bit? Suddenly I see a ray of light that there is possibly hope that I could manage to build this amp! Heck, I'll build two!

You guys will hold my hand as I venture into pass land won't you?
