Just swapped out my old amp for the X350/X2.5 and when i power up and power down there is a thud through the left channel, this also occurs when increasing volume.
Could the non factory power cords could be at fault? Thanks |

The one and only

Very unlikely that the power cords would cause a fault in
one channel and not the other. Try switching the connections between the preamp and the amp right-for-left and see if the problem moves to the other channel. If so, it's probably the preamp. If not, it's probably the amp. In either case, you are likely to want a service person look at it. |
