It good to put a fuse at the secondarie ou the Ven v4 and what is the value ??

I have a little question who you will probably find stupid....

In the Zen V4, the GROUND is not the chassis ?????

I talk about the negative point of the capacitor.... who go in the rectifier bridge.... and do on the chassis..... with my multimeter... nothing pass between the ground and the chassis...
it is normal ???

I see that between the ground and the chassis, it suppose to have 22 Ohm.....
Please, I dont understand !!

The secondary of the transformer does not need a fuse. If too much current is drawn from the transformer, the fuse at the primary side will protect things adequately.

The resistor is present to prevent ground loops. The circuit ground can be at a different potential than that of the chassis. Huh? Yes. If your interconnect cable has the shield connected all the way through, the circuit ground will be at the potential as the circuit ground in the driving amplifier. You won't be returning currents to earth through the ground leg of the mains.

I'm not sure if that helps. Probably not my best explanation.

There something I don't understand ! I have many amplifier and I try the Zen V 4 today. In the zen, I put a 37 000uF by channel and this is the most high value of all my amplifier... and when I rurn off the Zen V4, it stop playing after a little second.... if I compare to my two other amplifier who plays more thant 8 second !!!

My cap are death or what ??
