seems that thread about Hitachi HA5300 is just chillin' in Solid State board .......... so I'm posting it here .
I didn't measured anything , yet ......... but - if you look at schm , what you can comment ?

I don't think I would call that a cascode output, since the
Collectors of the output devices alternately see a fixed rail and then a boosted rail. Correction... I think that is Class H. |

It shoud bias like any other OS. The Glitch appears on transition
of the supporting supply devices. |
