Hello, can I used IRF620 , IRF630 or IRF520 on BOZ ?

Well, according to the project article 510, 520, 610 and 620 are well suited. I agree and I would try a 630 as well...

Yes sure you can. As long as n-channel and the maximum Vds (voltage between Drain and Source) permits. Only the IRF520 that I haven't tried. But it's in the same class with the IRF510 and the others you specified.

In order for the MOSFET to be able to discharge properly, there's a required voltage between Gate and Source (Vgs), and they are usually in the range of 2V to 4V (depends on type and product quality control). You may find that lower Vgs will give better performance. You may also found that the BOZ current loop circuit won't easily give you the expected gate voltage.

The difference mainly in input capacitance. The lower is the better for the treble performance. IRF610 is better than anyone you specified. I don't think that untrained ears will hear the difference though, but as usual, for a given situation, if you "get" better treble, you may get worse bass. I guest the 520 has lower input capacitance.
