Hi,
I am in the progress of building BOSOZ preamplifer. I ONLY have experience in building gain clone and this is my first attempt in building PASSLAB preamp. See how it goes and will proceed with its amplifer. Currently working on the PSU first. I am wondering ig MTP2P50E from ONSEMI is a good substitite for IRF9610? I had did a search here and there is no result about MTP3P50E. Guess that the only obvious reason is that it might not be a good repalcement or else no one had tried it. Welcome any input. Cheers, Junior |

While I've never used any of the Motorola/OnSemi P-ch parts, I have used some of their N-ch parts in the past. They always seemed to work just fine. I glanced over the datasheet quickly and saw no reason why you shouldn't give it a try.
