Hi there,
I take advantage of this space to ask a suggestion to the experienced holders. is it better in sound a Threshold 400A or a Stasis 3? I have the possibility to choose one, but not to listen to them. It would go to pair to my SL10 preamp. Speakers are 4 ohm's/87dB Snell. Nelson...?...
Thanks in advance

I have heard both the R4000 and the Stasis 2 and in my own system. But that was over 25 years ago. If it was my decision I would choose the Stasis 3.

I've heard the Stasis 2/3 was not in quality sound an improvement of 400A-4000A series...

The Stasis 3 had a different sound, more relaxed, and generally
better if your taste runs in the warm tubey direction. Both
amps will drive the 4 ohms, but the 400A will try harder, and
will likely do bottom end better.

Thanks for suggestions Nelson.
It would be very difficult to convert power supply of these stuffs from 110V/Usa to 230/European?
What does it need?

Re-tap the transformer primary to put the 2 X 120V primaries
in series, halve the line fuse value.
