The cut corner on the bridge I'm holding is the positive out. But check the manufacturer's data sheet for your part before taking my word for it, as manufacturers simply love to torment you with little differences here and there, and this one could be a nuisance if you get it backwards.
Paralleling inductors reduces the inductance (but, yes, increases the current carrying capability).
