can change with harris / fairchild

what is the parts code with the harris
or fairchild

As I have posted elsewhere, parts from Fairchild, in particular
the 9610, should be tested, as some of them now exhibit the
"P channel anomaly". This is apparently due to Fairchild acquiring
the Samsung production.

different of Id Cont is big : 9.7A (11.5A - 1.8A)
to change irf 9610 ?
