To my mind, J109 are a switch and in any case a kind of audio-able transistor. Sorry to trouble you. Max

check the datasheets.
these parts are pretty different, only similarity is both are njfets. there are some circumstances where one could successfully use J109 instead of 2SK370, but not as an identical replacement. mlloyd1 |
