this is what mouser has said: "J109 appears as a cross reference match for 2sk370. " Thank you. |

check the datasheets.
these parts are pretty different, only similarity is both are njfets. there are some circumstances where one could successfully use J109 instead of 2SK370, but not as an identical replacement. mlloyd1 |
