How does Mini Aleph amp sound compare to gainclone or class D amp. I have a chance to buy a Mini Aleph amp and just wondering what it sounds like before i commit to it. Thanks

If you run them both @ 10 watts the Mini is a much sweeter sounding amp. Over 10 watts gainclone or class D. Over 100 watts class D.
How much for the mini?

The mini is $300 - the owner said that he is selling for what he paid in parts. My speakers are 98db so i dont need more than 10watt. Thanks for your reply - that's just the answer i am looking for....

The Aleph Mini is a way better amp than any chip amp. I run 4 of the SMD ones and will never trade them.
