Since the Zen has a regulated PS, why wouldn't it improve an aleph's sound?

my question was more "why haven't alephs regulated poser supplies?"

One reason could be the doubling of heatsink area and furhter reduction in efficiency. Another, that the Alephs already have a reasonable PSRR and regulated power may or may not improve the sound.
