I have a a small box of IRF9630s. Can these be used to substitute the IRF9610 in the Aleph 2?

Yes, I think they can.
They have some little different data but it is the same type of Transistors. Should I be totally wrong, you Should correct me. /halo - thinks you can get some use of your MOS - in one way or another |
