hi, another question about A30:
is correct use zener diodes with 400 mW max power?

Hi,

yes 400mW zener is OK.

I through the diff pair is around 20mA,

Bias is whatever you set it to.

I did a regression analysis of transconductance vs Vgs -- for lateral MOSFET's and HexFETs -- there is a very high correlation if the devices come from the same lot code -- will pull up the data when I get back to NJ with a histogram.
