Hello, when i match the mosfet even IRFP240 or IRF9610, just wait 30 sec. is enough for measure?

I did as follows: When I switched on, a Vgs paused for a while and then it reduced little by little. I read the Vgs when it paused. It took less than 5 seconds for one MOSFET. This way of MOSFET matching was enough and worked successfully for my amplifiers.
