Hi guys,
I was at the IRF website looking for more info on the IRFP240 and IRF commented that this transistor has been divested to Vishay. https://ec.irf.com/v6/en/US/adirect/...ductID=IRFP240 Does this mean that IRF will not be making anymore of this transistor and that future supplies will be made by Vishay? |
