Harris B886 Powermos
Hi People
 I am looking for datasheet of my mosfet B886 produced by Harris. I have extracted this from an ECU around 18 years ago... does someone know something? |

Harris B886 Powermos.
According to DatasheetArchive.com the B886 is equivalent to the 2SB673 or 2SB951. There is a data sheet for the 2SB's on the site, hope this helps you. |
