Default motorola mystery

i had recovered a TO3 case motorola devices, signed 123403, i'm without hope to try an equivalent or data sheet of this....
anyone can help me?

That's not a regular Motorola part number. Most likely it was made/selected for a manufacturer. Other than testing for NPN/PNP, there's not much hope of determining what it may correspond to.

What's it out of, if you know?

Could be a SCR or TRIAC as well....
