Switching power supply has blown couple of obsolete 2sk3299
(http://www.datasheetarchive.com/sear...ExactDS=Starts). This is a 600v 10a part. Has anyone successfully used a modern equivalent say a 10Nxx type in its place? |

A IRFB9N60A would do the trick like many others from the 10N60 series like PHP10N60E.
Then, you simply have to look at what's pin and case compatible. /Hugo |
