Default C-Audio SR707

Hi all,

Being new to this forum i wish to say hi to everyone, and thanks for letting me join in.

I wonder if anyone has or know anywhere i can obtain the circuit for the above amp.I have tried various sites, contacted crown and harmon uk but it seems that when you mention c-audio they dont know what you mean?
I have a few problems with the amp and i want to repair it and get it back to A1 condition,so if anyone can help with info or can point me in the right direction i would be very gratefull.

Many thanks,

Do you still require circuits for the SR series?

Default Re SR707 circuits.

Hello Lee,thanks for your message, nice to meet you.
I did manage to obtain a limited circuit diagram but it wasnt a very good copy so any info you may have would be most welcome.I have been running the amp but i fear that one of the fans is soon to go,its noisy and starting to viabrate.I have been running it powering some EV sb122 actively and using it in mono mode and also using 2 ST400 in bridge for the fullrange EV SX200
which have had new drivers same as SX300.It sounds great with plenty of guts so i would like to get a bit on info on the amps in case they play up.I have got a supply of the ST400/600 Mfets but they all appear to be ok at the moment, the only problem which i am no too sure about is setting the bias at idle,i take it you measure the current through the fuse link, which would be the main supply +/- line? again any info welcome.
I have 2 ST400,1 ST600 and a SR707,all are working fine at the moment, any info circuits,or mods etc would be very welcome as
i do wish to keep the amps going for some while yet.
Many thanks for your equiry please let me if you can help out.
Best regards,
Derek.
