Default Subwofer Filter Schematic Problem

Looking around in the net i found this sub filter...but i don't get the schematic since it's in a weird language. The sad part is that i can't find any other circuit to do this! if someone has one please let me know or can anyone translate it?!

Its hungarian, I dont know the language but most of the important stuff is close enough to english or can be figured out with an online translator.

BE1/BE2 looks like left right line-level inputs.

Jel-ki is output, jel-ki-180 is output with a 180 degree phase shift.

- c1, c2, c3: MKT foil capacitor
- c4, c5: tantalum capacitor
- max supply voltage for the 7815/7915 is +/- 35V
- Guy who designed the 80hz sub filter (?)

The top line I'm not sure, something about c1+c2 should be 120nf, but if not then .... ?

Btw you can use something like Filterpro (free from ti), to design a circuit like this. First opamp is used as a buffer, second is the lowpass, and the last is a highpass of about 1Hz with adjustable gain.
