i am from Germany, thougt this could be interesting for you. While repairing an JVC I found this. On left side are MOSFETS, IRF620 and IRF6215. This IC is bad, it makes no good Sound. Look at the writings- on the other one The Letters are rounded, I think this is because it came from Japan. You can buy such an "IC" at reichelt.de (8 Euro) You see also the burned wirings, I will try to replace the Transistor. Sorry for bad english/error if any and greetings. matti |
