Default What kind of transistors are these?

I'm fixing a Phase Linear 300 II amp and have some blowen out power transistors.

They are NEC D746A (N-channel) and NEC B706A (P-channel)

They have 2 colleters and base and emitter in the middle.

Any one know the specs? or have a datasheet.
