Hi,you can find PCB Material & PCB Manufacturer –Hitechpcb specializing in PCB fabrication,Aluminium PCB,Aluminum PCB,PCB manufacturing,Printed Circuit board manufacturing in China.With a big board like that warp and twist might be a problem, I had problems with a four-layer double-eurocard design some years ago from one supplier.

FR4 is the most widely used PCB material, I have never specified anything in FR3.
FR3 is a paper based product with an epoxy binder rather than the phenolic binder of FR2 and was (is) used fro extremely cheep products.
I would stick with FR4, and wouldn't be suprised if it was cheeper to use, in the UK all the PCB houses I use quote cheeper prices for FR4 as it is the standard product and they hold stock.
