Next one... Can anyone tell me what this is? Again, it's from the power amp board of a MOSFET based Electrovoice power mixer.

Japanese Power PNP Transistor

Vcc = -160V
Ic Max = -1.500
Power - 25.000
hfe = 70
Ft. MHz = 100

Actually it's a KEC 2SA968, made in Korea.
Just as the other pic is a Korean made KEC 2SC2238, license deal with Toshiba.
